Hitachi’s GSI partners globally. He is a public speaker in
various Data Science communities, Strata Hadoop conferences and customer
executive briefings on topics such as IoT, AI/ML and Digital
Transformation, where he helps clarify what’s realistic and what Hitachi
can deliver today. He directs Hitachi Global GSI partners in
understanding the Big Data- Machine learning and IoT solutions available
from Hitachi and how they enable mutual customers to derive the
business and technology value needed to compete in today's market. As
Director -Solution Development ,he led the solution development with
Hitachi Social Innovation &GSI partners around niche vertical areas
like Energy, Healthcare, BFSI and Retail verticals. Previously, he have
worked with majors like Microsoft, Cisco ,HP ,Oracle in leadership
roles thereby holds double master’s degree in Business Administration
and Computer Science. Sandeep currently holds 40+ certifications in

Rob Aragao is Chief Security Strategist for the Americas within the Security, Risk & Governance business unit of Micro Focus (merger of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software). In this role, Mr. Aragao is responsible for working with organizations collaboratively to drive strategic initiatives around cyber security and alignment with business objectives and desired outcomes. He also provides thought leadership and insight regarding the ever changing global threat landscape. Prior to joining Micro Focus, Mr. Aragao served as VP of Security Strategy at ReliaQuest with responsibilities for driving strategy, innovation and execution of a portfolio of security service offerings focused on the Fortune 1000. Mr. Aragao’s experience has provided him with key insights into the challenges and approaches to combat today’s cyber threats. He is a frequent speaker and panel member and has presented at security conferences such as the International Conference on Cyber Security, FBI InfraGuard, SC Congress, Cloud Expo, Harvard IT Summit and other national and regional security events. required by federal, state and international law, serving as liaison
with regulatory agencies as needed.
Her focus is a proactive approach for key areas, which can provide

Patrick Rafferty, VP Information Technology, Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking
Patrick Rafferty joins us from Société Générale, a
global banking entity with approximately 150 thousand staff in 67
countries. Patrick comes from a dual background spanning 10 years each
in accounting and IT management. He has been in the trenches for almost
20 years, with big data a part of his DNA since the first BI tools came
into vogue in the early 2000’s. More recently, he is driving change at
SG and in the industry through finding common sense solutions to
complex data, cyber security, and personnel challenges.
Kelly Diekvoss, Director Enterprise Architecture, US Venture
Kelly has a passion for data. Having over 20
years IT experience, with 15+ years serving in the data space from DBA,
Business Intelligence, Advances Analytics, to Data Science and Data
Architecture. Experience crosses multiple industries, including
trucking, heath care, insurance, energy/oil, education and ecommerce. As
a data Evangelist, enjoys educating the business on the value of data
and what it can do for them, resulting in companies saving millions of
dollars by utilizing data to improve and support their gut instinct,
identify where to gain operational efficiencies, and provide a clear
path as to where to go to find new ventures. By partnering with the
business and educating all units on the art of the possible, been able
to collaborate on ways to best make data work for the specified
business. In all cases you need to be passionate about data quality,
curation, and securing data properly, and believes that keeping up with
regulations is critical, whether it is for internal projects or
Intellectual Property sales.

Henry Oyuela is an empathetic technical leader and
the VP of Engineering at Solstice. Henry’s role involves serving and
inspiring technical personnel, technical strategy, technical leadership
and program management of engineering execution. Henry lead the design
of Solstice’s Network vs Hierarchical organizational structure in late
2017, defined the Solstice’s engineering delivery model within CXDD,
lead the scaling of the engineering workforce by 40% since 2017 globally
and evolved the engineering workforce to being full-stack capable to
70% of the workforce. Currently, he is looking to continue to evolve the
delivery model to include DevOps as part of Solstice’s Delivery Model,
scale the Data and AI talent capability while finding ways to make
social impact through events hosted by the organization’s. Henry is a
leader who strongly believes in the value of hard work, humility,
empathy, continuous learning, and growing those around him. Learning

Jorge Zuloaga, Senior Director of Data Sciences, Big Squid Inc.
Jorge Zuloaga got his masters in mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada and his PhD in computational physics from Rice
University in Houston, TX. His work in computational mathematics and
physics has spanned several fields, from particle physics to quantum
plasmonics. He has been a visiting researcher at DESY in Hamburg,
Germany and at the Institute of Physics, CSIS, in Madrid,
Spain. Following his graduate work, he joined the faculty at Rice
University where he taught and conducted research. Since leaving
academia for a career in tech he has worked for Alliance Health and
for Health Catalyst, where he focused on Machine Learning applications
in healthcare. He is currently the Senior Director of Data Science at
Big Squid, where he develops software to automate Machine Learning and
